I’m Christine Moffett—an executive advisor, technologist, founder, and author. I bring thirty years of experience, a direct approach, and a deep commitment to making the organizations and people around me stronger.

I understand the systems.
I also understand the responsibility.
My career reaches from network infrastructure and enterprise applications to cybersecurity, operations, and the executive decisions that connect them. I have spent more than twenty years assessing technology environments and helping leaders plan what comes next.
That technical foundation matters. It helps me ask questions beyond the presentation, recognize dependencies, and understand when a proposed strategy will meet the realities of the organization.
My leadership experience spans manufacturing, hospitality, professional sports, and live entertainment. I have worked within complex organizations, built a business of my own, and brought technology leaders together to share what actually works.
Clarity begins with an honest conversation.
I believe leaders deserve an accurate view of their organization, even when the findings are uncomfortable. They also deserve a partner who respects the people doing the work and helps them understand how to move forward.
I bring high standards, tenacity, empathy, and a practical sense of urgency. I listen before drawing conclusions. I connect the details. And I put the work into recommendations that people can use.
The work I am focused on now
Today, I focus on independent technology and operational assessments, CMMC readiness, cybersecurity and AI governance, policy development, and executive and board advisory. My role is to help you see your position clearly, establish priorities, and strengthen your ability to act.
I hold the Cyber AB CMMC Registered Practitioner designation and am working toward Certified CMMC Assessor credentials. My current CMMC services focus on readiness and preparation.
